Hope to re-learn as much as possible from some real Lurcher people on here ..
I've two
1, 2 1/4 year old entire very very biddable gent possible 1/4 Collie x Grey/Whippet.. in Tuxedo glossy black and white .. (all tips ..stands 22" weighs 18k. very very quick .. can't abide reports of firearms and fire works unfortunately .. tends to roam ...too friendly !!
2, bull/grey bitch in honey brindle 4 years 23" weighs 20k FANTASTIC ATTITUDE ... just out of her last season so it's slowly slowly for a few weeks .. plenty of road work ..
She's been laid up too long so we are taking her on ..
And one Scorrier Jack spayed bitch that causes no end of 'punch ups ' but a great worker especially with ferrets and hawk ..
It's been over 55 years since my last Lurcher .. Kerry Blue x ??? Dam was a Kerry x..

Rabbits are supposed to be the lurchers 'chase' but unfortunately the Tuxedo lad chases fox and shows far too much interest in badgers
As for 'flying' .. still hoping to go Harris again soon ..
