i have one polecat jill,two polecat hobs and one albino hob left.if its to be a pet get a hob then no bother with bringing out of season.(and the good news is the price...................................free)

thats it now your hooked ,theres no escaping the lure of the ferrets . seriously they are terrific little animals and as long as they are handled regulary you wont have any trouble .and im sure lone wolf will aggree that they make excellent pets that you can work and provide free food for the table ,dogs and themselves .
i havent seen a hampster or guinea pig that can match the portfolio .
best of luck you all with your kits .im the same as you lone wolf will show my kits some rabbits after chrismas when they are mature enough to handle it ,and even then only lightly work them as iv plenty of old timers to use .in my opinion ferrets dont really come into their own till the following season,but its a real buzz to get a couple under their belts in the first year .
