hey all


recently been having problems with my lamp so am seriously considering changing to one of these new night stalker lamps

does any1 use one ?

been seeing good reports on several forums about the striker lamp use a clu lite myself does the job

i have a striker at the min, is ok of a lamp had problems with the wiring, i had a clu lite before the striker, the added range was what made me change

i allways think the added range can works against you if the light carries any distance it pre warns of you coming, just a personal feeling

thats true tho i have seen nights when out with sean and his clulite when the rabbit goes out of range of his and he shouts for me to light it up, think it depends how close u can get to ur quarry, i just find the striker easyier to focuz and the distance is a plus with me.

was thingking of making my own lamp from bits of my striker, and rewire it completely new trigger, no connectiong spaded straight to the battery, u recon thats a good idea ?

the ground in devon the fields are usually small so the light carries to the next field so when you get there they are sat tight to the hedge ready to go to ground use to black out the glass on the lights years ago
