nice pictures mate, were the longtails poached?
looks to me that you had a nice day out good weather aswell. start ferreting next week hopefully

dont mind me saying your not laying your nets properly you should spread the net to its maximum size leaving no gaps down the sides . i like to place ring inside hole spread net fully and then peg in . if net wont stay up reverse process put peg in hole spread net with ring on top. i used those same nets when i started out all those little bits of root and twigs are bastards for itching nets and stoping the nets running true and bagging the rabbits swaped to spun nylon best thing i ever did mate.
good point about the nets not the best setting ive seen if you fancy going out ill learn you a few tricks of the trade pm if you fancy it
robert
thank's for the reply's but the pic's were when were packing up and i found my camera so just threw the nets over the hole's

same ere , i also use the spun nylon, but do have some of those 4z and 6z nets in my bag, i find them ok on for ground warrens and nice clear banks. think it does pay to have nets of different lengthes aswell in the bag ive got 5fts, 4fts, 3.5 fts and 3fts aswell as the ones ive knocked up of different lengths
got ur collar and slip here jim, am not long home from the airport, will get the pics on tomorrow tho only took about 5 lol
