The last few days have been very wet with a wind chill of -8. Not even Welsh mountain rabbits will come out when its that cold. We got out before the sun came round the mountain, expecting to find lots of rabbits. Unfortunately the higher up we went the windier it got. Meg found a solitary rabbit in the gorse, Tip was only a foot off it despite chasing through thick gorse. 5 feet from the undergrowth, just as I thought we'd got it, it turned sharp right and got to a hole 3 feet away. The pups were very interested again, especially Lucy, who I'm hoping will be a bit more lithe than her father

Took some pictures anyway.
