Fritz peeking through mom's legs June 11,2007.Early the next morning,Fritz was sick to his stomach,had blood in his stool,the same thing he had two years ago.The week before this he had a rabies shot and a heartworm shot,same as two years ago.Last year it was only the heartworm needle,so it was the rabies shot that caused the problem.So on the Wednesday,Mom took Fritz to the vets,Mom was give an oral medication called metronidazole to be given every 8 hours.He really didn't eat anything for 4 days,only drank water and that kept Fritz hydrated.It took a week but was bsack to his old self playing with his squeaky and just acting like he always does.
