Sorry to sound like a broken record as some of you have no doubt read my intro's on other boards... some of you know me from the other boards and some of you don't. I'm glad to have found this board. I have 2 lurcher gyps and 5 terriers currently. Most of my dogs are just beginning their illustrious careers if you will, or will be this coming year.

I've only had the lurchers for a little over a year now, one broke her leg just after I her first outting... not during the hunt but at home she had jumped on our 6 foot privacy fence and was walking the rail and either fell or jumped down the other side which was higher.... costly one that one was. The other is ready to go now but the weather isn't... or I'm not.

I had gotten out of the terriers once and several from the UK and my home land the USA talked me into them again... and I'm glad they did. Thank you for letting me on your board.

Thank you to All, and I'm a bit of a character... so don't mind me sometimes.

Cookie is doing fine now... I may be taking her along for a hunt this coming weekend. This will be only her second time out, first since she broke her leg nearly a year ago. The vet left wires in her leg so I'm sure on cold days it will give her some grief but she's intact and moving as good as ever right now. I hope she picks up where she left off and gains rapidly. I think she will, she's the smar-*test*-('") dog I've got.
