1. register with photo bucket
2. youll get a screen with a section on the right with a set of options
3. click on browse when youve selected images from pc
4 .choose image size from options 640x480 is what i use
5 .when you click upload you select where you want what image from
6 .open it
7. click upload
8. the image will appear in a box with 4 links below it
9. click 4th "last"link and copy it
10 . back to total lurcher
11. when you start a new post dont upload from any total lurcher options
12 . just paste the link directly onto the main box where youd type text onto
13. remember .. were you clivk your cursor is where the image will go
14 .click "preview post"to check if your happy
15 . click post
