headed out today to a new piece of land we hadnt been to yet, this ground was on the shore of a local lough, was a lovely mornign to be out in the fields.
the first warren of the day was a hedge set and it had around 10 holes. these were abit awkward to net up due to the condition of the hedges. the cover is very high, but ferrets entered and after a few shows we had a bolt and catch by me, and afew seconds later the second of the day was in the bag with a catch by ryan.
we moved on to another side of the farm looking for warrens, with no success, the cover in the hedges was just to hight to see, we came to a nice little hedge on the boarder of a field full of cows and calfs. this hedge produced another 2 bolts but these escaped down the field ther for next time
